T&B Play

We send account and visit-related messages only:

• Bookings: confirmations and reminders for birthday parties, field trips and events.
• Memberships and payments: activation, card updates, cancellation and renewal notices.
• Receipts and gift cards: a link to your receipt after a purchase, and gift-card codes sent to you.
• Replies from our staff: answers when you message a store through the app or by text.

Message frequency varies with your activity. Most guests receive fewer than five messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. T&B Play does not charge for text messages.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from T&B Play. You will get one confirmation message and no further texts.

Opting out does not affect the one-time sign-in code, which comes from our sign-in provider. Reply START at any time to rejoin.

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number is used only to deliver the messages described above and to sign you in to the app.

Our text-message provider processes messages on our behalf and only for that purpose. See our Privacy Policy for everything else we collect and how we use it.
